The company was founded in 1989 by two of the existing directors, Brian Langridge and Martin O'Neill, who between them have over 60 years experience in the industry. Since its inception, they have drawn on this extensive experience to create a small but very successful dealership, currently selling the Elddis range of touring caravans and motorcaravans. Along with a large selection of quality used models. They do very little advertising and promotion as most of their business is gained through repeat customers and word of mouth. This they believe has been achieved by maintaining a high standard of presentation along with a genuine concern to offer exceptional customer service in every aspect of the business. The 2009 season sees a major change in the appointment of Coachman Caravans to sit alongside the superb range of Elddis and Compass touring caravans and motorhomes. 2009 will also see the return of the all new Sussex Special Editions, now built by Coachman. The familiar Limited Edition best selling models: Chiltington, Ashington, Goodwood and Arundel will again be available plus two new models with new layouts. This is the first time in 20 years that Sussex Caravan Centre will be offering a new manufacturer alongside the familiar Elddis products, so it is a very exciting time.
