External Caravan & Motorhome Cleaner - Full Time (Ashington)

Reporting to the Vehicle Operations Manager, you will be part of the Preparation and Enhancement Team, preparing used and new caravans and motorhomes ready for sale. 

Key responsibilities:

  • Washing caravans and motorhomes to the highest standard.
  • Moving caravans and motorhomes on our site. 
  • The appliance of paint and fabric protection products to caravans and motorhomes
  • Occasionally, carrying out minor repairs and enhancement of caravans & motorhomes.

Personal specification and competencies required:

  • Must be physically fit.
  • Maintain a positive attitude, have self motivation, and take pride in what you do.
  • Reliable, hardworking and take have superb attention to detail.
  • Able to work as part of our friendly team, but also able to work under own initiative.

Caravan and/or cleaning experience would be an advantage, but not essential, as training will be provided. 

This is a full time, permanent position, offering the opportunity for a long term rewarding career.
5 day working week: Monday to Friday 9.00 – 17.30.

Internal Caravan & Motorhome Cleaner - Full Time (Ashington)

This is a PART TIME position, with flexible hours to suit the right candidate - we may be able to offer hours to work around school times. We operate within a 5 day working week: Monday to Friday  9.00 – 17.30.  We would be looking at offering a minimum of 16 hours, to the successful candidate.

Service Technician (Ashington Branch)

We are currently looking to further strengthen our workshop team in order to meet the rising demand of our large customer database. We are undergoing expansion and building a brand new 6 bay workshop at our award winning caravan and motorhome dealership in Ashington. Successful candidates can enjoy a rewarding long term career. Duties would include servicing, habitation checks, gas and electrical work, damp repairs, general fault finding and repairs.

The ideal experienced technician will have a minimum of 1 year's caravan or motorhome background or some of the following certificates and training:

  • NCC Caravan Service Engineering Award
  • NCC Electrical Test & Inspection
  • Electrical Extra Low Voltage, Systems & Circuits
  • STGW Gas Training for Service Technicians and Manufacturers
  • AL-KO Chassis Training
  • Caravan Manufacturer Training
  • Caravan Product Training (Alde,Dometic,Truma,Thetford,Whale)

Experienced technicians without some of the relevant qualifications will be considered. If you are hard working and technically talented we would like to hear from you as full training will be provided.

Successful candidates must have superb attention to detail, will have a tidy, organised mentality and will be physically fit, reliable, hardworking, have a positive attitude, able to work as part of our friendly team and also have the ability to use their own initiative.

This is a full time, permanent position, with a five day week, working Monday-Friday with occasional Saturdays on a rolling rota.

We will offer an extremely competitive salary for the right candidate. In addition to the basic salary there is further earning potential with overtime when available and also our lucrative workshop bonus scheme.

Junior Service Technician (East Grinstead Branch)

We are currently looking to further strengthen our service team to meet the rising demand of our growing customer database. We are undergoing expansion, recently completing the construction of a brand new 3 bay workshop at our award-winning caravan and motorhome dealership at Colestock Cross near East Grinstead. Successful candidates can enjoy a rewarding long-term career with progression opportunities. Duties would include chassis servicing, habitation checks, gas and electrical work, damp repairs, general fault findings and remedial repairs.

Successful candidates must have superb attention to detail, will have a tidy, organised mentality and will be physically fit, reliable, hardworking, have a positive attitude, able to work as part of our friendly team in a fast-paced environment, and have an ability to use their own initiative.

The ideal candidate will have a keen interest in mechanics, will be hardworking and technically talented. Some experience or background training in electrical extra low voltage, systems & circuits, Gas safety, service engineering, or electrical test & inspection is preferred but not essential as full training will be provided.

This is a full time, permanent position, with a five-day week, working Monday-Friday with Saturdays on a rolling rota.
